The staff was very friendly. The room was spartan and had all the essentials. I would have appreciated an iron since most visitors would have come by for work purposes and it is always professional to wear ironed clothes to meetings. I could have carried my own iron but that would just be cumbersome. Other than that, the meals were excellent. I even had a wonderful front of house staff provide me with a spare EU adapter since I forgot to carry mine (I was traveling from the UK and assumed that I wouldn't require one!).

Very nice place, silent and clean. Very close to attractions we wanted to visit also to city centre is 30 to 45 minutes walk from hotel if you want if not you can use the bus stop what is 2 min from hotel. Nice and friendly staff.so recommended for all

Right next to the Cite de l'espace it has the perfect location for a visit there. A parking lot was included a few meters away from the room. Everything was very new and clean. When visiting with a car the city centre is only 10 minutes away but the location is very quiet.

The location is ideal for motorway (autoroute) access. The Citi de l'Espace is next to the hotel - awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and there are fast food outlets in the vicinity. The hotel room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking available on site.

The restaurant was excellent ; clearly a talented chef.The buffet for breakfast was wide ranging and appealing similarly for the evening buffet.The staff were friendly and the room clean with chromecast available so we could watch Netflx and YouTube. Our window overlooked Space city so we got a great view of the Ariane Rocket and Mir space Station! All staff were welcoming and professional.

Very comfortable room and great location, with one side of the building overlooking the Cité de l'Espace. We were initially given a room in the opposite side of the building so we asked to change the room and the hotel's staff were happy to do it.

Rooms very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The included breakfast is pretty extensive with a lot of choice. Easy to get to from the main trunk roads. Staff very polite and friendly. Very reasonably priced and free on site parking.

The hotel is situated in a residential area giving out a more safe vibe. It was very near the aerospace museum that we could see the replica rocket directly from our room. The hotel has its own parking facility which was good. The food was good and if you are staying there please try the Toulouse special 'Duck and Beans' dish, you won't be disappointed. The city of Toulouse was so clean as well. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel from which you could get a bus to nearest metro station.
